How It Works

1. Refer a Friend
Share an Accommod8u property with friends, classmates, or family.

2. They Apply & List You
Your referral must include your name and contact details on their rental application.

3. They Sign & Move In
Once they complete their lease and move in, the referral is validated.

4. Get Paid
Both of you receive your reward by cheque within 6–10 weeks after move-in.

Who Can Refer?

Current residents
Friends, family, or anyone (non-residents welcome)

How You’ll Get Paid

Payment is issued via cheque
Sent to the address provided on file or application
Please ensure your contact details are up to date

Eligibility Requirements

The referred resident must be new to the property
Referral must be submitted at the time of application
Both parties must be in good standing
(no significant arrears, no active legal issues, limited NSF history)
All move-in payments must be completed

Important Notes

Valid for independent leasing only
(not applicable to group leases or same-unit arrangements)
Not eligible for:
Employees or their immediate families and
Lease transfers, assignments, or returning residents
Rewards are subject to verification and approval
