How does it work?
ACCOMMOD8U Price Match Program means if you find a lower price in Waterloo’s University District, ACCOMMOD8U will gladly match that price!
To be eligible for the Price Match Program, please present all the following items to an accommodation's consultant:

Must have a quote from a local Waterloo rental brand in writing.

The quote must have been offered within the last seven days (Please provide proof of the date on the quote).

The apartment you were quoted for must be similar square footage and layout to an ACCOMMOD8U suite

The location must be comparable.
Terms and Conditions
A similar suite must be available for rent. This program is on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee we will have suites available that will match your quote.
