COVID-19

As our company responds to COVID-19, the health and safety of our employees and customers remain our top priority. 

 

Our Offices have Reopened!   

 

Our amazing staff worked so hard to prep our offices for reopening. We are following the Ontario Government’s guidelines to protect our employees, our customers and the community at large. 

  

While in our offices, please respect the minimum required physical distancing (2 metres apart). If you are feeling unwell, have travelled outside of Canada, have been in contact with someone who has travelled outside of Canada, or if you've been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 we ask that you please stay home. We are available through phone or email to respond to your requests if you're unable to visit us in person.     

Virtual and In-person Tours  

 

We welcome you to book a free tour with us, whether that is in person or virtual, we look forward to connecting with you. 

We are taking the necessary steps to ensure you feel safe if you choose to tour in-person: 

  1. We will provide personal protective equipment for you at the start of your tour. If you feel more comfortable with your own PPE, please bring these items with you. 

  2. No more than 1 person will be allowed to tour with us in order to maintain social distancing in elevators and suites. 

  3. We ask that you respect the minimum required physical distancing (2 metres apart) for the duration of your tour with us. 

  4. Our consultants will have hand sanitizer as well as cleaning solution readily available. 

 

Cleaning and Sanitization  

 

We are proactively taking steps to ensure the safety of our employees, our residents and the community.  

  1. We have installed hand sanitizer stations in all rental and customer care offices 

  2. We have implemented an hourly sanitization schedule where our accommodation consultants will be wiping down frequently touched surfaces. 

  3. Our cleaning contractors have all switched to PDQ disinfectant cleaners, which are broad-spectrum virucidal hard surface disinfectants that are expected to inactivate COVID-19. 

 

Moving During COVID-19?  

 

For your safety, a comprehensive move-in schedule, including office hours and locations will be sent to you prior to move-in. Please keep an eye on your inbox with more details to come.

Front Line Love  

 

To our brave Front Line Workers… from healthcare heroes, cleaning staff and first responders, to grocery store employees, delivery workers and beyond… thank you! We placed these signs on our properties to celebrate you! Proceeds from these lawn signs will be donated to those in our communities who need it most during this COVID-19 crisis.
